Damon is from my little brother's Emerald playthrough. He has the unique ability to summon Pokemon that are specifically from Kanto. And Tyranitars. Nobody knows why he can do this, or how it works, but it's a thing, apparently. He's very outgoing, and treats Pokemon with utmost care and respect, in a manner similar to that of N from the Unova region, though the two of them have never met. Also, he's very gay for
Dustin.
